Rita joined Berger in 1995 and currently has more than 25
years experience in Relocation. Her areas of expertise including
administration, customer service, sales, and Real Estate. In
addition to serving numerous corporate and government clients, Rita
also has responsibility for managing Department of Defense
training/pricing functions at all 19 Berger facilities nationwide.
Rita’s focus remains in the management, development and support
of programs/systems to better serve evolving client needs in all
areas of relocation and administration.

Employee Relocation Consultant
Berger Mobility Services
With over 25 years of experience in the
relocation industry, Eric Reed began his career working directly
with relocating families. Over the past 15 years he has served
corporate clients in a consultative role, identifying their employee
relocation needs and developing relocation solutions.
In additional to his experience working with
relocating families and corporate clients, Eric served as a General
Manager and was instrumental in re-building Berger’s Los Angeles
Service Center into a profitable organization. He utilizes many of
these reality-based business skills and experiences to assist his
corporate clients in achieving their fiscal and organizational
goals.
As a member of the
Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC), Eric is a Certified
Relocation Professional (CRP), a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS)
and a contributing business author to ERC’s Mobility
magazine. He is also a member of the Society of Human Resource
Managers (SHRM). His educational background includes earning a
Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Concordia
University (Irvine, California), a Bachelor degree in Communications
(BA) from California State University (Fullerton, California) and an
Associate degree in Communications (AA) from Fullerton College

JOHN ALLEN,

Regional Account Executive

John joined the Berger family in 1982. In addition
to serving numerous domestic and international clients, in 1996 John
assumed leadership of Berger’s corporate international partnership.
Today, with over twenty years of experience in relocation, including local
distribution, corporate account management and international
administration, John’s focus remains in the management, development and
support of programs/systems to better serve evolving client needs in all
areas Domestic and International relocation and administration.

| | JAMES C. RYBARCZYK, II, CMMC
Program Manager
Berger Mobility Services
Jim currently has over 13 years of experience in Relocation and HHG
Transportation, including claims, customer service, operations, quality,
and sales. Jim left the role of Quality Manager at Allied Van Lines’
corporate office in April of 2002 and joined BMS
in May of 2002.
As a result of Berger centralizing all corporate client services and
development, it became apparent that the role of the Program Manager was
necessary. Jim oversees all Customer Service Quality Initiatives for
corporate clients, as well as assisting clients in developing solutions to
meet their specific program needs.

CHARLES LEAMON, CMC
Regional Account Executive
Berger Mobility Services
Charles has 35 years of experience within the relocation industry
and over 30 years of experience working directly with corporations.
He views his role as a client advocate, a relocation consultant, a
business partner as well as a service provider. Serving in a variety
of positions throughout his career, Charles started out in an “entry
level” position climbing the “corporate ladder” to become a business
owner managing his own company. This valuable business experience
has served him well in developing relocation solutions and focusing
on quality initiatives for his clients.
Charles has a Bachelor’s Degree from Stephen
F. Austin State University in Texas with a major in Political
Science and a double minor in General Business and Mathematics. He
has also been recognized for his achievements within the relocation
industry and served on an employee relocation advisory panel.
Charles has regional responsibility for Berger Mobility Services in
Houston, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina,
Florida and Alabama. His comment below on working with corporate
clients sums up his overall business philosophy: “I don’t ask for
the business, I ask if you would consider ‘hiring’ me to help handle
your relocation needs. Not as a service provider, but as a part of
your team and as a part of your relocation solution.”
